【Abstract】 Henan Province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin, with a wide and gentle river channel, few tributaries and a large watershed area. The unique geographic location breeds rich aquatic biological resources, but the ecological environment of the Yellow River is deteriorating as a result of the development of the Yellow River and the construction of water conservancy projects. This paper analyzes the current situation of fishery resources in the Henan section of the Yellow River, and puts forward the protection measures of aquatic germplasm resources and rare and endangered species in the Yellow River Basin at the legislative level, so as to provide references for the decision-making of the administrative departments.更多还原
