青藏高原县域交通优势度与发展质量的空间适配性分析
Spatial Adaptation Analysis of County Traffic Superiority Degree and Development Quality in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
【摘要】 基于青藏高原综合交通运输数据,分析其县域交通优势度分异特征.结合青藏高原经济社会基础数据,探讨其县域交通优势度与发展质量的空间适配性.结果表明:青藏高原交通优势度整体呈现多层级的“中心—外围”结构,且交通优势度有待提升.青藏高原248个县域中,交通优势度与发展质量的空间适配性类型为超前发展的县域仅有5个,占比2.02%,而交通优势度与发展质量的空间适配性为错配类型的县域共有120个,占比48.39%.青藏高原县域交通优势度与发展质量不匹配的原因主要是恶劣的自然地理条件增加了其交通基础设施的建设难度,进而阻碍了其经济社会发展,这也进一步造成其交通基础设施规模和结构上的滞后.因此,加强青藏高原地区的交通基础设施建设,以更好地支持和保障当地经济和社会发展成为一项紧迫的任务.
【Abstract】 Based on the comprehensive traffic and transportation data of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,this paper analyzes the differentiation characteristics of the county traffic superiority degree. Combined with the basic economic and social data of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the spatial adaptation of county traffic superiority degree and development quality is discussed. The results show that the overall traffic dominance of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau presents a multi-level‘center-periphery’structure,and its traffic dominance needs to be improved. Among 248counties in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,only 5 counties(2.02%)have the spatial adaptability between traffic dominance and development quality as the type of advanced development,while 120 counties(48.39%)have the spatial adaptability between traffic dominance and development quality as the type of mismatch. The main reason for the mismatch between the traffic superiority degree and the development quality of the counties in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is that the poor natural and geographical conditions increase the difficulty of the construction of its traffic infrastructure,thus hindering its economic and social development,which further causes the lag in the scale and structure of its traffic infrastructure. Therefore,it has become an urgent task to strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to better support and guarantee the local economic and social development.
