紫外光引发Fenton氧化技术协同去除造纸中段废水CODCr的性能研究
UV-Induced Fenton Oxidation Collaborative Removal of CODCr From Papermaking Wastewater
【摘要】 对紫外光引发Fenton氧化技术协同处理造纸中段废水CODCr进行了研究,探究反应时间、FeSO4·7H2O浓度、H2O2浓度、p H值、紫外光强度等因素对CODCr去除效率的影响。实验结果表明,在反应时间80min,Fe SO4·7H2O浓度0.6mol/L,H2O2浓度0.3 mol/L,pH值为4,以及紫外光强度为14 mW/cm2的最优条件下,该技术能够实现造纸中段废水74%的CODCr去除率。紫外光引发Fenton氧化技术能够有效促进Fenton氧化反应中·OH自由基的生成,提高造纸中段废水的CODCr去除效率。
【Abstract】 Through the investigation of the collaborative treatment of CODCr in papermaking wastewater by UV-induced Fenton oxidation technology,we explored the effects of reaction time,FeSO4·7H2O concentration,H2O2 concentration,pH value,UV intensity,and other factors on the removal efficiency of CODCr.The experimental results indicate that under the optimal conditions of reaction time of 80 min,FeSO4·7H2O concentration of 0.6 mol/L,H2O2 concentration of 0.3 mol/L,pH value of 4,and UV intensity of 14 mW/cm2,this technology can achieve a CODCr removal rate of 74%in papermaking wastewater.The UV-induced Fenton oxidation technology effectively promotes the generation of·OH free radicals in the Fenton oxidation reaction and improve the CODCr removal efficiency of papermaking wastewater.
