【摘要】 湖南省社区矫正执法队伍建设应坚持以习近平法治思想为指导，着力提升人员数量、队伍素质以及队伍数量与素质的优化组合水平。面对社区矫正机构工作人员尚未列入国家职业序列、社区矫正机构政法专项编制数额较为紧张、社区矫正机构独立执法地位缺失、社区矫正警察队伍管理体制机制尚未理顺等现实困境，应采取试行社区矫正官制度、推进队建制改革深入发展、完善社区矫正警察队伍建设、构建类似辅警的社区矫正执法辅助队伍等具体举措，扎实推进社区矫正执法队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of community correction law enforcement teams in Hunan province should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,focusing on improving the scale of personnels,overall team quality,and optimizing the balance between quantity and quality.Faced with the fact that community correction institution staff have not yet been included in the national occupational sequence,the number of political and legal staff in these institutions is relatively limited,and the independent law enforcement status of community correction institutions is missing,and the management system and mechanism of the community correction police team has not been rationalized,etc.Specific measures should be taken to implement the trial of the community correction officer system,deepening the promotion of team-building system reform,perfecting the construction of the community correction police team,and developing a community correction law enforcement auxiliary team similar to auxiliary police,so as to solidly promote the construction of a robust community correction law enforcement team.更多还原
