【摘要】 总结1例嗜铬细胞瘤多系统危象患者突发心搏骤停的护理体会。针对该疾病发病率低、病情进展迅速、需尽早明确诊断等问题，启动多学科共同参与评估和诊疗；针对心律失常、急性肺水肿及神经系统损伤等问题，采取快速成立抢救团队、实施体外膜肺氧合、动态监测脑功能等措施。经过17 d治疗及护理，患者病情稳定，顺利转泌尿外科行进一步手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with pheochromocytoma multisystem crisis who suffered from sudden cardiac arrest. In view of the low incidence of the disease,the rapid progression of the disease,and the need for early diagnosis,multidisciplinary members were initiated for joint participation in evaluation and diagnosis and treatment. In view of the problems of arrhythmia,acute pulmonary edema and nervous system injury,a rescue team was quickly established,extracorporeal membrane oxygenation was implemented,and brain function was dynamically monitored. After 17 days of treatment and nursing,the patient’s condition was stable and he was successfully transferred back to the Department of Urology for surgical treatment.更多还原
