【摘要】 总结1例重度肥胖患者合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征的护理体会。该患者食用网购减肥药后合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征，存在困难气道、严重氧合障碍、感染加重与营养不良风险等问题，给予以下护理措施：(1)紧急开放困难气道，实施肺通气保护策略；(2)进行个性化体外膜肺氧合联合俯卧位通气；(3)落实感染控制策略，降低感染加重风险；(4)个性化营养供给，增强机体免疫功能；(5)阶梯式运动康复训练，改善呼吸功能；(6)加强健康宣教，建立健康生活习惯。经过积极的治疗与护理，患者入院第9天步行出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with severe obesity and acute respiratory distress syndrome. The patient developed acute respiratory distress syndrome after taking online weight loss medication,which presented with difficult airway,severe oxygenation disorders,the risk of infection aggravation and malnutrition,we adopted nursing interventions,including emergency opening of difficult airway and implementation of lung ventilation protection strategy,personalized ECMO combined with prone position ventilation,implementing infection control strategy to reduce the risk of aggravation of infection,personalized nutrition supply to enhance the immune function,step-by-step exercise rehabilitation training to improve respiratory function,strengthening health education to establish healthy living habits. After active treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged smoothly on the ninth day after admission.更多还原
