【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the connotation of competency-based education, its practice in nursing education, the challenges faced by the implementation of competency-based education, the challenges and corresponding countermeasures. This paper also proposes that goal-based and outcome-oriented competency-based education provides a new idea for the reform of nursing education, and can provide a reference for promoting the development of nursing education.更多还原
