社会网络视域下2型糖尿病管理研究进展
A social network perspective on the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus: an update
【摘要】 从糖尿病管理理论框架、社会网络特征及其主要评估工具、社会网络视域下的糖尿病管理(社会网络与糖尿病发病风险，并发症，预防及照护方法)等方面进行综述，为有效管理2型糖尿病提供参考。
【Abstract】 This review reports the theoretical frameworks of diabetes management, the characteristics of social networks, the main assessment tools, and diabetes management from a social network perspective(social networks and risk for diabetes, complications, prevention and care), in order to provide a reference for the effective management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
