固废基相变轻骨料混凝土的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 研究固废基相变轻骨料混凝土能够带来显著的社会、经济和环境效益,对建筑行业的可持续发展意义重大。采用塑性膨胀剂、双氧水作为发泡剂制备泡沫混凝土基体,并破碎成轻骨料,采用真空吸附相变温度为28℃液体石蜡制成相变轻骨料,进而制备固废基相变轻骨料混凝土,测试分析其力学性能与热工性能。研究结果表明:相比于双氧水,塑性膨胀剂制备的泡沫混凝土性能更好,其掺量应控制在3.0%以内,砖渣粉可以改善其28 d抗压强度,降低密度,增加轻骨料对石蜡的吸附量。制备相变轻骨料的水胶比越大,对固废基相变轻骨料混凝土的热工性能越有利,但对其力学性能不利,且塑性膨胀剂的掺量不宜过高。综合导热性能和蓄热性能,固废基相变轻骨料混凝土密度降低,并不一定能提高其热工性能。

【Abstract】 It could bring significant social,economic and environmental benefits to study solid waste-based phase change lightweight aggregate concrete.It would be great significance for the sustainable development of construction industry.The plastic expansion agent and the hydrogen peroxide were used as foaming agents to prepare foam concrete,which was crushed into lightweight aggregate.The phase change lightweight aggregate was made by adsorbing liquid paraffin in vacuum condition which phase change temperature was 28 ℃.Then the solid waste-based phase change lightweight aggregate concrete was prepared to test and analyze mechanical and thermal properties.It indicated that the plastic expansion agent was better than the hydrogen peroxide to prepare the foam concrete.The dosage of plastic expansion agent should be kept within 3.0%.The brick slag powder could enhance its 28 d compressive strength,reduce its unit weight,and increase the adsorption of paraffin.The water binder ratio of phase change lightweight aggregate was higher,the thermal performance of solid waste based phase change lightweight aggregate concrete was better,its mechanical performance was worse.The dosage of plastic expansion agent should not be too high.The thermal performance of solid waste based phase change lightweight aggregate concrete would not be necessarily improved for its volume weight reducing.
