【摘要】 目的 了解绵阳地区儿童发热门诊建设现状，儿童传染/感染病房建设情况，为绵阳地区儿童发热门诊及传染/感染病房建设提供参考及政策依据。方法 通过查阅政策法规与文献资料，设计调查问卷，依托绵阳市儿科质控分中心、绵阳市医学会儿科专委会，通过问卷星填写调查表，对绵阳18家二级及以上医疗机构进行调查。结果 18家医疗机构均设置有发热门诊。其中15家（83.33%）医疗机构有独立的儿科发热门诊、儿童发热门诊专职医生。14家（77.78%）医疗机构有儿童发热门诊留观室、儿童发热门诊专职护士；4家（22.22%）设置了儿科传染/感染病房；少数医疗机构配置有发热门诊专用CT或X线机及抢救设备，儿童发热门诊医护人力资源主要集中在三级医疗机构。结论 绵阳地区儿童发热门诊部分医院建筑布局不合理，儿童发热门诊、传染/感染病房的医护人力资源及设备配置不均衡，建议统筹建设和发展各区域儿童发热门诊及儿童传染/感染病房，整合医疗卫生资源，尽量减少儿童发热门诊的资源浪费，为儿童传染/感染性疾病的预防治疗提供有力保护屏障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current status of children’s fever clinic construction in the Mianyang area, as well as the construction of pediatric infectious disease/infection wards, and to provide references and policy basis for the construction of children’s fever clinics and infectious disease/infection wards in the Mianyang area. Methods By reviewing policies, regulations, and literature, a survey questionnaire was designed. Leveraging the Mianyang Pediatric Quality Control Subcenter and the Pediatric Committee of the Mianyang Medical Association, the survey was conducted using Questionnaire Star to collect responses from 18 secondary and higher-level medical institutions in Mianyang. Results All 18 medical institutions have established fever clinics. Among them, 15(83.33%) medical institutions have independent pediatric fever clinics and dedicated physicians for children’s fever clinics. Fourteen(77.78%) medical institutions have observation rooms and dedicated nurses for children’s fever clinics; four(22.22%) have established pediatric infectious disease/infection wards.A few medical institutions are equipped with specialized CT or X-ray machines and emergency equipment for fever clinics.The human resources for medical staf f in children’s fever clinics are primarily concentrated in tertiary medical institutions.Conclusion In Mianyang, some hospitals have unreasonable architectural layouts for children’s fever clinics, and there is an imbalance in the allocation of medical staf f and equipment for children’s fever clinics and infectious disease/infection wards.It is recommended to coordinate the construction and development of children’s fever clinics and pediatric infectious disease/infection wards across different regions, integrate healthcare resources, and minimize resource waste in children’s fever clinics.
