水环境中戊二醛消减速率影响因素的研究
Study of factors influencing the reduction rate of glutaraldehyde abatement in the aqueous environment
【摘要】 为了充分了解戊二醛在水环境中的存留时间,试验分别进行了在3种温度(20℃±1℃、25℃±1℃和30℃±1℃)和4种盐度(0‰、10‰、20‰、32‰)水体中戊二醛的消减速率的影响因素的初步研究。结果如下,水环境温度和盐度对戊二醛消减速率存在影响,其中,温度的影响较为明显,24 h内,淡水中浓度为500 mg/L的戊二醛,在三个温度(20℃±1℃、25℃±1℃和30℃±1℃)条件下的消减速率分别为2.51%、4.00%和7.11%;7 d后,消减速率依次为15.39%、21.31%和25.73%。而盐度对戊二醛消减速率的影响较小,2 d时,随盐度升高(0‰、10‰、20‰、32‰),戊二醛消减速率依次为8.66%、9.00%、9.38%和9.69%,差异不明显;时间延长至7 d时,各组消减速率为21.31%、24.60%、28.15%和29.73%,有增大差异的趋势。研究结果有利于了解戊二醛在不同温度和盐度水体中浓度变化的规律,可以为水产养殖过程中合理、有效地使用戊二醛提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to fully understand the retention time of glutaraldehyde in aqueous environments, experiments were conducted to preliminarily investigate the factors influencing the rate of glutaraldehyde abatement in water at three temperatures(20℃±1℃, 25℃±1℃ and 30℃±1℃) and four salinities(0‰, 10‰, 20‰, and 32‰), respectively. The results were as follows: the temperature and salinity of the water environment had an effect on the rate of glutaraldehyde abatement, among which, the effect of temperature was more obvious. The rate of abatement of glutaraldehyde at a concentration of 500 mg/L in freshwater at three temperatures(20℃±1℃, 25℃±1℃ and 30℃±1℃) was 2.51%, 4.00% and 7.11%, respectively, in 24 hours. After 7 days, the rate of abatement was in the order of 15.39%, 21.31% and 25.73%, respectively. The effect of salinity on the rate of glutaraldehyde abatement was small. At 2 days, the rate of glutaraldehyde abatement was 8.66%, 9.00%, 9.38% and 9.69% with the increase of salinity(0‰, 10‰, 20‰, 32‰), and the difference was not obvious; at the time of 7 days, the rate of abatement of the various groups was 21.31%, 24.60%, 28.15% and 29.73% with the trend of increasing the differences. The results are helpful to understand the variation of glutaraldehyde concentration in water bodies with different temperature and salinity, and can provide reference for rational and effective use of glutaraldehyde in aquaculture.
