【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, the construction of virtual simulation training bases has become an urgent need for vocational education to reform traditional teaching methods and promote innovation in talent development models. Taking the construction and practice of the Fujian Marine Fisheries Industry Chain Virtual Simulation Training Base at Xiamen Ocean Vocational College as an example, this paper proposes the foundation, construction plan, and innovative features of virtual simulation training bases.
