蛋鸡对巨大芽孢杆菌1259的耐受性评价
Evaluation of the tolerance of laying hens to Bacillus megaterium 1259
【摘要】 为了解蛋鸡对巨大芽孢杆菌1259的耐受性,试验选用健康、体重接近的24周龄峪口京粉8号蛋鸡288只,随机分为3组,分别为最高推荐剂量组(H4组,日粮中巨大芽孢杆菌1259的添加量为4×109cfu/kg)、耐受组(H40组,日粮中巨大芽孢杆菌1259的添加量为4×1010 cfu/kg)及对照组(H0组,添加巨大芽孢杆菌1259),每组6个重复,每个重复16只,预试期7 d,正试期168 d,试验结束后测定产蛋性能指标、蛋品质指标、血常规与血清生化指标及器官指数,采集心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、小肠(十二指肠、空肠、回肠)、输卵管膨大部、卵巢组织,制作病理切片并观察。结果表明:与H0组相比,H4组的产蛋率和平均日产蛋量显著提高(P<0.05),H4组、H40组的产蛋性能指标、蛋品质指标、血常规与血清生化指标及器官指数均差异不显著(P>0.05),各器官组织病理学检查未见明显变化,在蛋鸡日粮中添加巨大芽孢杆菌1259未产生不良影响。说明蛋鸡对巨大芽孢杆菌1259具有良好的耐受性。
【Abstract】 In order to study the tolerance of laying hens to Bacillus megaterium 1259, two hundred and eighty-eight healthy 24-week-old Yukou Jingfen No.8 laying hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 16 laying hens per replicate. The three groups were the highest recommended dose group(group H4, with the addition amount of Bacillus megaterium 1259 being 4×109 cfu/kg), the tolerance group(group H40, with the addition amount of Bacillus megaterium 1259 being 4×1010 cfu/kg), and the control group(group H0, without adding Bacillus megaterium 1259). The pre-test lasted for 7 days and the test lasted for 168 days. After the experiment, laying performance indexes, egg quality indexes, blood routine and serum biochemical indexes, and organ indexes were detected. Heart, liver, spleen, kidney, small intestine(duodenum, jejunum, ileum), magnum of oviduct and ovarian tissues were collected for pathological sections and observation. The results showed that the laying rate and average daily egg production of laying hens in the H4 group were significantly increased compared with the group H0(P<0.05), however, there was no significant difference in laying performance indexes, egg quality indexes, blood routine and serum biochemical indexes and organ indexes of laying hens between the group H4 and the group H40(P>0.05); no obvious changes were observed in the histopathological examination of various organs and tissues, and adding Bacillus megaterium 1259 to the diet of laying hens had no adverse effects. The results indicated that laying hens had good tolerance to Bacillus megaterium 1259.
