【Abstract】 China is a major producer of meat sheep, but there are some problems, including low promotion of superior breeds, relatively backward breeding mode, low production and utilization rates of frozen semen from excellent breeding sheep, and low vitality after thawing. The components of seminal plasma in ram semen are complex, making it difficult to determine the specific role of each component in the process of semen cryopreservation.
