HAX-1的生物学功能及其在病毒感染中作用的研究进展
Research progress on the biological function of HAX-1 and its role in viral infection
【摘要】 造血干细胞特异蛋白1-相关蛋白X-1(HAX-1)是一种多功能细胞调节性蛋白,通过与多种蛋白相互作用在各种重要的生理过程中发挥作用。HAX-1可以通过维持线粒体的完整性或调节细胞通路的方式调控细胞凋亡,同时还参与细胞增殖、迁移和黏附等过程的调控。近年有许多研究结果表明,HAX-1可与多种病毒蛋白密切结合,在病毒感染过程中也发挥重要作用。文章综述了HAX-1的功能及其在病毒感染中作用的研究进展,以期为病毒的致病机制研究及感染宿主的潜在药物靶点研发提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Hematopoietic stem cell-specific protein 1-related protein X-1(HAX-1) is a multifunctional cellular regulatory protein, which plays a role in various important physiological processes by interacting with various proteins. HAX-1 can regulate apoptosis by maintaining mitochondrial integrity or regulating cellular pathways. Meanwhile, HAX-1 also participates in the regulation of processes such as cell proliferation, migration and adhesion. In recent years, many studies have revealed that HAX-1 can bind closely to various viral proteins and also play important roles in the process of viral infection. In this paper, the function of HAX-1 protein and its role in viral infection were reviewed, in order to provide new ideas for the study of pathogenic mechanism of virus and the development of potential drug targets for the infection of host.
