皖南黄兔剩余采食量与生长性状、血清生化指标相关性研究

【摘要】 为了探究生长期肉兔生长性状、血清生化指标与剩余采食量(RFI)表型之间的相关性,为RFI选育提供理论指导,试验选择35日龄公母各半的皖南黄兔断奶仔兔110只,预试期为30 d,于65日龄时进行正式试验。测定初始体重,记录每日饲料投放量及剩余量,试验期为30 d;试验结束时测量终末体重,计算代谢体重(MBW0.75)、日采食量(ADFI)、饲料转化效率(FCR)及日增重(ADG),测算个体的RFI。对测算出的RFI进行排序,筛选高RFI组(HRFI组)和低RFI组(LRFI组)母兔各6只采集血样,测定血清生化指标。结果表明:RFI水平与ADFI极显著正相关(r=0.565,P<0.01),与初始体重、终末体重、ADG和MBW0.75相关性不显著(P>0.05);HRFI组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性及血清葡萄糖(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)含量显著高于LRFI组(P<0.05);HRFI组的胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)含量显著低于LRFI组(P<0.05),RFI水平与GLU(r=0.630)、TG(r=0.620)含量显著正相关(P<0.05),与尿素氮(UREA)(r=-0.730)含量极显著负相关(P<0.01)。说明对皖南黄兔RFI性状进行选择不影响其生长性状;血清GLU、TG及UREA含量或许可作为皖南黄兔RFI选育的候选生物指标。

【Abstract】 In order to explore phenotypic correlations of growth performance and blood variables with RFI in growing meat rabbits, and to provide theoretical guidance for RFI breeding, a total of 110 35-day-old weaned Wannan yellow rabbits(half male and half female) were selected for the experiment after 30 days of preliminary test period. A formal experiment was conducted at 65 days of age and initial body weight was measured. The daily feed dosage and remaining amount were recorded, and the experiment lasted for 30 days. Final body weight was measured at the end of the experiment, and metabolic body weight(MBW0.75), daily feed intake(ADFI), feed conversion efficiency(FCR) and daily gain(ADG) were calculated. RFI values of each individual were calculated and sorted. Blood samples were collected from 4 female rabbits in the high RFI group(HRFI) and the low RFI group(LRFI),respectively, and were used to determine the serum biochemical indexes. The results show that the RFI was significantly positively correlated with ADFI, while it was not significantly correlated with initial body weight, final body weight, ADG and MBW0.75.The ALT, AST, GLU and TG in the high RFI group were significantly higher than those in the low RFI group. The CHO and HDL contents in the high RFI group were significantly lower than those in the low RFI group. The RFI level was significantly positively correlated(P<0.05) with GLU(r=0.630) and TG(r=0.620) content, and were significantly positively correlated with UREA nitrogen content(r=-0.730)(P<0.01).The results indicated that the residual feed intake traits did not affect the growth trait of Wannan yellow rabbits. Serum GLU, TG and UREA might be candidates for the selection of RFI in Wannan yellow rabbits.
