【Abstract】 To study the subchronic toxicity of 4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine(2C-B). The damage caused by 2C-B to the body was investigated by weight change, viscera coefficient, pathological examination and the effects on liver and kidney biochemical enzyme levels in rats through long-term continuous exposure. According to the results of various indexes, long-term administration of 2C-B will cause damage to the heart, liver, lung, kidney and brain, and these organs may be the target organs of 2C-B toxicity.更多还原
