黄曲条跳甲的防治研究进展

【摘要】 黄曲条跳甲[Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)]幼虫啃食作物根部,成虫取食叶面,危害范围极广,对我国蔬菜生产安全造成严重影响,已成为继小菜蛾(Plutella xylosterlla)后又一重大十字花科蔬菜害虫。本文总结了国内外黄曲条跳甲的研究进展,重点关注其生态学特性、防治现状和药剂筛选,发现黄曲条跳甲成虫善跳跃、具鞘翅保护、幼虫发育快、世代重叠、防治难度大。目前仍以化学防治为主,但抗药性显著,高效杀虫剂匮乏,仍有加重趋势。因此,建立黄曲条跳甲种群室内规模化饲养和高效杀虫剂筛选技术体系迫在眉睫。

【Abstract】 The larvae of the flea beetle Phyllotreta striolata feed on the roots of crops, while the adults feed on the leaves. It has a wide range of damage and poses a serious threat to vegetable production safety in China, becoming a major pest of cruciferous vegetables after the diamondback moth. This article summarized the research progress on P. striolata both domestically and internationally, with a focus on its biological and ecological characteristics, current control strategies, and pesticide screening. It was found that, the adult P.striolata were good at jumping with elytra protection, the larvae had fast development, overlapping generations and difficult control.Currently, chemical control is still the main method, but the resistance is significant and the lack of high-efficiency still aggrayates. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a scaled indoor rearing system for P. striolata populations and develop efficient insecticide screening techniques.
