【Abstract】 Objective To explore the needs and suggestions of nursing managers and teaching instructor for the training course of head nurses’ transformational leadership, and to provide a basis for the development of the transformational leadership course for head nurses.Methods Semi-structured interview method of qualitative research was used, and 10 nursing managers, head nurses and teaching instructor with more than 10 years of work experience were selected for interviews.NVivo 11.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results Three main themes were refined: the foundation of training course setup, factors influencing training effect, and measures to improve training effect.Conclusion The research clarifies the needs and suggestions of nursing staff for the training course of head nurses’ transformational leadership, and provided a basis for course development.更多还原
