【摘要】 目的 探讨护士心理灵活性与领悟社会支持及孤独感的相关性，并分析心理灵活性在其领悟社会支持与孤独感间的中介作用。方法 采用一般资料调查表、领悟社会支持量表、接纳与行动问卷第二版中文版、认知融合分问卷及USL-6孤独感量表对河南省某三级甲等医院的1 079名护士进行问卷调查。结果 护士领悟社会支持、心理灵活性、孤独感得分依次为（59.84±11.17）分、（56.93±16.77）分、（13.97±3.64）分。护士领悟社会支持与心理灵活性和孤独感分别呈负相关（r₁=-0.322,r₂=-0.407;P<0.01）,心理灵活性与孤独感呈正相关（r=0.541,P<0.01）。中介作用分析显示，心理灵活性在护士领悟社会支持与孤独感间的总间接效应值为-0.158,占总效应的38.82%;经验性回避和认知融合效应值分别为-0.116、-0.042,分别占总效应的28.50%和10.32%。结论 护士孤独感状况有待改善，领悟社会支持与孤独感密切相关，心理灵活性在其领悟社会支持与孤独感间发挥部分中介作用，护理管理者可通过提高护士的心理灵活性来减轻其孤独感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between nurses’ psychological flexibility, perceived social support and loneliness, and to analyze the mediating effect of psychological flexibility between perceived social support and loneliness.Methods A total of 1 079 nurses from a tertiary hospital in He’nan Province were investigated with the general information questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, Chinese Version of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ,Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire-Fusion and University of California Los Angeles Loneliness Scale-6.Results The scores of nurses’ perceived social support, psychological flexibility and loneliness were（59.84±11.17）,（56.93±16.77） and（13.97±3.64）,respectively.Nurses’ perceived social support was negatively correlated with psychological flexibility and loneliness（r₁=-0.322,r₂=-0.407,P<0.01）,and psychological flexibility was positively correlated with loneliness（r=0.541,P<0.01）.Mediating effect analysis showed that the total indirect effect value of psychological flexibility between nurses’ perceived social support and loneliness was-0.158,accounting for 38.82% of the total effect and the effect values of empirical avoidance and cognitive fusion were-0.116 and-0.042,accounting for 28.50% and 10.32% of the total effect, respectively.Conclusion The loneliness of nurses needs to be improved.Perceived social support is closely related to nurses’ loneliness, and psychological flexibility plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and nurses’ loneliness.Nursing managers can alleviate nurses’ loneliness by improving their psychological flexibility.更多还原
