【摘要】 目的 探讨肿瘤专科医院护士自我意识与患者安全胜任力的相关性。方法 采用一般资料调查表、自我意识量表、患者安全胜任力护理人员自评量表对全国10所三级甲等肿瘤专科医院2 058名护士进行调查。结果 肿瘤专科医院护士自我意识总分为(46.17±10.78)分，患者安全胜任力总分为(129.92±14.80)分；自我意识与患者安全胜任力呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 肿瘤专科医院护士自我意识水平有待进一步提高，自我意识对患者安全胜任力有正向促进作用，护理管理者应高度关注护士的自我意识水平，以科学的方法提高肿瘤专科医院护士自我意识水平及患者安全胜任力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between nurses’ self-awareness and patient safety competence in cancer hospitals.Methods A total of 2 058 nurses from 10 Grade A oncology hospitals in China were investigated using the general information questionnaire, nurse self-awareness scale, and nurse competence scale in patient safety.Results The total score of nurses’ self-awareness was(46.17±10.78),and the total score for their competence in patient safety was(129.92±14.80),between which had significant positive correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of self-awareness of nurses in specialized oncology hospitals need to be improved, and self-awareness has a positive promoting effect on patient safety competency.Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses’ self-awareness and improve the level of their self-awareness and competence in patient safety through scientific methods.更多还原
