基于CDIO理念的地方高校生物工程专业创新人才培养模式的探索与实践——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

【摘要】 该文以黑龙江八一农垦大学生物工程专业教育教学为例,阐述了在培养目标、理论教学、实践教学、课程达成度考核及第二课堂开展等培养模式方面应用CDIO的教学理念所进行的探索,在分析成效的基础上提出所存在的问题及相关解决措施,实践表明,CDIO教学理念可满足黑龙江八一农垦大学学生自我价值实现的需要,能够增强学生的动手能力,还可以培养其创新意识和团队精神,同时也能带动校风和学风的建设,是促进高校教育教学行之有效的途径。

【Abstract】 Taking the education and teaching of bioengineering major in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural Reclamation University as an example,this paper expounds the exploration of applying CDIO’s teaching concept to the training objectives,theoretical teaching,practical teaching,curriculum achievement assessment and second classroom development.Based on the analysis of the effectiveness,the paper puts forward the existing problems and relevant solutions.The practice shows that CDIO’s teaching concept can meet the needs of our students to realize their self-worth,It can enhance students’ practical ability,cultivate their innovative consciousness and team spirit,and drive the construction of school spirit and style of study.It is an effective way to promote college education and teaching.teaching concept can meet the needs of our students to realize their self-worth,at the same time,it can promote the construction of school spirit and style of study also,which is an effective way to promote college education and teaching.
