复合材料层合板二次低速冲击损伤扩展研究

【摘要】 为了获得复合材料层合板在二次冲击下的损伤积累与扩展,本文采用试验与有限元仿真分析相结合的方法,研究了二次冲击后的损伤情况和载荷-时间曲线。对比单次冲击试验与有限元分析得到的载荷-时间曲线误差仅为8.9%,并对比了C扫损伤图和有限元仿真损伤图吻合较好,验证了模型的正确性。通过有限元分析对二次低速冲击进行了研究,发现在第二次冲击下峰值载荷提升了16.7%。对比总能量相等的单次冲击,单次冲击下层合板吸收能量为18.5 J,冲头传递给层合板的能量更多,损伤更严重;此外研究了冲击次数与冲击能量之间的关系,发现单次冲击与二次冲击总能量比为■时,造成的损伤几乎一致。

【Abstract】 To investigate the damage accumulation and propagation in composite laminates under secondary impact,this study combines experimental methods with finite element simulation analysis to examine the damage state and load-time curves following secondary impacts.A comparison between the experimental and finite element analysis-derived load-time curves for single impacts reveals an error margin o only 8.9%.Additionally,the correlation between C-scan damage images and finite element simulation damage images is found to be satisfactory,thereby validating the accuracy of the model.Through finite element analysis of secondary low-velocity impacts,it is observed that the peak load increases by 16.7%during the second impact.When compared to a single impact with equivalent total energy,the laminate absorbs 18.5 J of energy in a single impact,transferring more energy from the impactor to the laminate and resulting in more severe damage.Furthermore,the relationship between the number of impacts and the impact energy is investigated,revealing that when the total energy of a single impact is■ times tha of the secondary impact,the resulting damage is almost identical.
