【摘要】 目的 探究自拟方胃复生治疗湿热瘀阻证慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法 选择2022年2月至2023年2月收治的湿热瘀阻证慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例，按照随机分配法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组患者服用摩罗丹治疗，观察组患者给予自拟方胃复生治疗。对比2组治疗效果、胃黏膜病理评分、胃功能指标和不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗有效率[93.33%(28/30)]明显高于对照组[73.33%(22/30)]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后胃黏膜病理评分低于对照组，胃功能指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 自拟方胃复生治疗湿热瘀阻证慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果较好，且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-prepared formula Weifusheng on chronic atrophic gastritis with dampness-heat stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with damp-heat stasis chronic atrophic gastritis treated from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random allocation method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with morodin, and the observation group was treated with self-designed gastrorevivalism.
