高效过滤灭菌单元对管道送风的杀菌效果

【摘要】 目的 探讨高效过滤灭菌单元对管道送风的杀菌情况。方法 通过构建高效过滤灭菌单元,建立了灭菌单元性能试验装置,以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌种,研究了紫外线灯对H12级高效过滤器迎风面截留细菌的杀灭效果,测试了高效过滤灭菌单元的杀菌效率。结果 高效过滤器与紫外线灯同时使用时,过滤器迎风面上的截留细菌存活量比过滤器单独使用时减少了95.7%,紫外线照射时间延长10 min后过滤器迎风面细菌被全部灭活。结论 紫外线可以有效防止细菌在过滤器上孳生繁殖。

【Abstract】 Objective Relevant research shows that bacteria trapped on the windward side of the air filter can still breeding and cause the secondary pollution. Preventing bacteria from breeding on the filter surface is critical to indoor air quality. Methods In this study,the high efficiency filtration sterilization unit and its performance test device was built to investigate the sterilization effect of ultraviolet lamp on staphylococcus aureus trapped on the windward side of H12 HEPA filter. The sterilization efficiency of the high-efficiency filtration sterilization unit was also tested. Results The results show that when the HEPA filter and the UV lamp are used together,the survival amount of bacteria trapped on the windward side of the filter is 95.7% less than when the filter is used alone. The bacteria on the windward side of the filter were all inactivated after the ultraviolet irradiation time is extended for 10 minutes. Conclusion It is concluded that ultraviolet rays can effectively prevent bacteria from breeding on the filter.
