【摘要】 “十四五”时期是推进环境污染治理的关键时期，促进中国环境污染治理投资的均衡发展是实现经济社会可持续发展的必然选择。基于2004—2021年中国31个省份的环境污染治理投资数据，采用Dagum基尼系数及其分解法对区域差异进行测算，通过二次指派程序(QAP)对主要影响因素进行分析。结果显示：中国环境污染治理投资的总体差异呈现下降趋势。区域间差异是中国环境污染治理投资总体差异的主要来源。政府支持力度、技术水平、经济规模是影响中国环境污染治理投资总体差异的主要因素。不同区域层面和不同时期层面的主要影响因素存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, which was a critical time for advancing environmental pollution control, promoting the balanced development of China’s investment in environmental pollution control was an inevitable choice to achieve sustainable economic and social development. Based on the investment data in environmental pollution control from 2004 to 2021 in 31 provinces of China, the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method were employed to calculate regional differences, and the QAP analysis method was used to discuss the main influencing factors. The results showed that the overall differences in China’s investment in environmental pollution control showed a decreasing trend. Inter-regional differences were the main source of overall differences in China’s investment in environmental pollution control. The main factors affecting overall differences in China’s investment in environmental pollution control were government support, technological level, and economic scale. Heterogeneity existed in the main influencing factors at different regional and temporal levels.更多还原
