新冠疫情期间南京市PM2.5浓度变化以及对人为源的响应研究

【摘要】 新冠疫情暴发初期,各地政府采取了前所未有的防控措施防止病毒传播,为研究PM2.5浓度如何响应人为排放提供了一次非常难能可贵的机会。本研究通过使用空气质量模型WRF-Chem和最新公开的清华大学MEIC2019以及MEIC2020排放清单模拟了2020年疫情暴发初期以及2019年同期南京市PM2.5的浓度。通过设计排放情景,本研究探讨了南京市疫情暴发初期4个主要排放部门的排放量减少对PM2.5浓度的影响。结果发现,与2019年相比,2020年疫情暴发初期,PM2.5浓度下降了30%左右,且下降比例呈现从南京市主城区向外递减的规律。疫情防控措施对于工业源和民用源排放的影响最大,分别下降了37.4%和21.6%,符合南京市的生活特征、人口分布特征和主要工业区的实际位置。综上所述,今后南京市的减排工作应重点放在控制工业排放源和民用排放源上。本研究为之后南京市治理不同部门排放的PM2.5浓度提供了一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 In the initial stage of the COVID-19,local governments took unprecedented measures to prevent the spread of the virus, providing a rare opportunity to study how PM2.5 concentrations respond to anthropogenic emissions.This study simulates PM2.5 concentrations in Nanjing at the beginning of the COVID-19 in 2020 and during the same period in 2019 by using the air quality model WRF-Chem and the latest published Tsinghua University MEIC2019 and MEIC2020 emission inventories.By designing emission scenarios, this study explored the impact of emission reductions from four major emission sectors on PM2.5 concentration in the initial stage of the COVID-19 in Nanjing.The results showed that compared with 2019,the PM2.5 concentration decreased by about 30% in the initial stage of the COVID-19 in 2020,and the decline ratio showed a law of decreasing from the main urban area of Nanjing.The COVID-19 control measures had the greatest impact on emissions from industrial emissions and residential emissions, which decreased by 37.4% and 21.6%,respectively, in line with the living characteristics, population distribution characteristics and the actual location of major industrial areas in Nanjing.In conclusion, future emission reduction efforts in Nanjing should prioritize controlling industrial and residential emission sources.This study provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent control of PM2.5 concentrations emitted by different sectors in Nanjing.
