【摘要】 城市群是建设人才中心和创新高地的载体。以珠三角、长三角、京津冀、长江中游和成渝城市群为对象研究发现，我国高等教育资源配置跟不上城市群及区域经济、区域创新的发展要求，跟不上城市群内部经济及创新的调整步调；优质高等教育资源发展跟不上城市群高等教育规模扩张；资源调配机制改革跟不上释放市场和地方活力的要求。为此，需构建以区域协同发展为主的资源配置模式，构建与经济社会及创新发展相适应的高等教育资源配置格局，注重集聚发展、优势发展及城市群内部资源配置协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban agglomerations are pivotal for building centers of talent and innovation. Analyzing several key urban agglomerations reveals that the allocation of higher education resources lags behind the development requirements of urban agglomerations, as well as the demands of regional innovation; the development of high-quality higher education resources does not keep pace with the expansion of higher education; and the reform of resource allocation mechanisms does not meet the needs of unleashing market and local vitality. To accelerate the establishment of world-class talent centers and innovation hubs, it is essential to construct a resource allocation model centered on regional coordinated development, align the distribution of higher education resources with economic, social, and innovation development, and emphasize the concentrated, advantageous and coordinated allocation of resources.更多还原
