【Abstract】 The existence of human beings in reality is both pluralistic and unitary, both individual and public, and has the public nature of class meaning and value. Based on the perspective of Chinese modernization, it discusses the theoretical origin, the value fulcrum and practical effectiveness of the public value of ideological and political education, so as to obtain more public fulcrum for satisfying people’s practical needs. It also seeks reasonable public space and open meaning for the realization of people’s public demands, so as to guide the self-survival and lifestyle transformation of social members in the pursuit of the value of Chinese modernization to promote human society based on and beyond the self-liberation of the proletariat and the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
