Ce3+掺杂一维多孔SnO2纳米材料的模板合成及光致发光性能
The Template Synthesis and Photoluminescence Property of Ce3+ Doped One-dimensional Porous SnO2
【摘要】 以四氯化锡为金属源,P123为造孔剂,尿素为沉淀剂,无水乙醇为溶剂制备前躯体,以多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)为模板合成了一维多孔SnO2纳米材料,并采用多种手段进行表征。结果表明:所合成的一维SnO2纳米材料直径大小均匀,具有多孔和四方晶相结构,Ce3+离子通过掺杂的方式使其具备良好的光致发光性能。
【Abstract】 With P123 acted as pore-causing agent, tintetrachloride as metal source, urea as precipitator and anhydrous ethanol as solvent, the corresponding precursors were prepared. The one-dimensional porous SnO2 nanomaterials were fabricated by anodized aluminum oxide(AAO) template method. The obtained samples were characterized in detail by several methods. The test results showed that one-dimensional SnO2 nanomaterials have uniform size, porous structure and tetragonal crystal structure. The one-dimensional porous SnO2 dopped by Ce3+ ions owned good photoluminescence property.
