材料类专业生产实习课程融入工程伦理教育的实践探索
Practical Exploration of Engineering Ethics Education in Production Practice of Materials Discipline
【摘要】 工程伦理教育是工程教育的重要组成部分,强调培养具备高度的社会责任感、正确的价值观和伦理道德意识以及工程道德价值判断能力的工程师。文章以北京化工大学材料类专业生产实习为例,以建构主义学习理论为核心,设计了基于化工产品全生命周期校内实训基地导论课的线上线下混合式实践教学模式。教学团队在各个实践环节引入安全伦理、职业规范、环境伦理、责任伦理、科研伦理等内容,让学生结合真实工程案例开展自主学习与协作讨论,通过剖析案例中的伦理问题和冲突,强化工程伦理意识与伦理决策能力。贯穿整个专业实习过程的特色工程伦理教育,取得了良好的育人成效。
【Abstract】 Engineering ethics education is an important part of engineering education, which emphasizes the cultivation of engineers with a high sense of social responsibility, correct values and ethical awareness, and the ability to judge the moral value of professional work. Taking the production practice of materials discipline in Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example, and with the constructivist learning theory as the core, we design an online and offline hybrid practical teaching mode based on Introduction Course of the Whole Life Cycle Campus Training Base. Ethical content, such as safety, occupation, environment, responsibility, and scientific research, is introduced in each link of practical teaching. Independent learning and collaborative discussions combining real engineering cases are carried out. By analyzing the ethical issues and conflicts contained therein, students’ engineering ethics awareness and ethical decision-making ability are strengthened. We have implemented distinctive engineering ethics education that runs through the entire professional internship process, achieving educational results.
