生物工程专业的生物信息学课程建设实践
Practice of Bioinformatics Curriculum Construction in Bioengineering
【摘要】 随着新工科建设的深入推进,培养实践能力突出、创新能力卓越、具有国际竞争力的高素质复合型人才已成为工程教育界的共识。天津大学基于生物工程专业新工科人才培养需求,从课程设置、教学目标、教学内容、教学手段、课程实践以及课程评价等方面对生物信息学课程建设进行了探索,并展望了未来的课程改革及建设方向,以期为新工科背景下高素质复合型人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 With the advancement of Emerging Engineering Education(3E), it has become a consensus within the engineering education community to cultivate high-quality compound talents with robust practical ability, exceptional innovative prowess, and global competitiveness. Tianjin University explores the construction of Bioinformatics course, addressing the training needs of 3E talents in bioengineering. It covers various aspects including curriculum design, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, curriculum practice, and curriculum evaluation. Furthermore, it anticipates the reform and construction direction for the future to provide valuable insights for cultivating high-quality compound talents under the background of 3E.
