果皮混凝剂外加碳源对低碳源污水处理效果的影响研究

【摘要】 为了探究果皮混凝剂(HFP)外加碳源对低碳源污水处理效果的影响,采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)进行试验,探究了HFP的投加量、 HRT和进水pH值对模拟低碳源污水处理效果的影响。与乙酸钠对比,考察了HFP对于实际低碳源污水的处理效果。结果表明,对于模拟低碳源污水,在HRT为12 h, pH值为7, HFP投加量在40 mL/L时对NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别达到86%和73%;在其投加量为40 mL/L, pH值为7, HRT为16h时处理效果最佳,COD和TN的去除率分别达到89%和78%。在HFP投加量为40 m L/L, HRT为12 h, pH值为7时,对于实际低碳源污水中COD、 NH4+-N的去除率与投加乙酸钠接近,TN去除率比投加乙酸钠时低6.6%。HFP作为外加碳源,能有效提高低碳源污水COD与TN的去除率,具有推广应用的潜力。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of peel coagulant plus carbon source on low carbon source sewage treatment, the sequential batch activated sludge method(SBR) was used to conduct the experiment, and explore the effect of HFP dosage, HRT and inlet pH value on simulated low carbon source sewage treatment. Compared to sodium acetate, the effect of HFP on actual low carbon source sewage treatment was investigated. The results showed that, for the simulated low carbon source sewage, when the HRT was 12 h, the pH value was 7, the HFP dosage was 40 mL/L, the removal rates of NH4+-N and TN reached 86% and 73% respectively. The optimal treatment effect was obtained under the condition that the HFP dosage was 40 ml/L, the pH value was 7 and the HRT was 16 h, the removal rates of COD and TN reached 89% and 78% then. When the HFP dosage was 40m L/L, the HRT was 12 h, the pH value was 7, for the actual low carbon source sewage treatment, the removal rates of COD and NH4+-N with HFP addition was close to that with sodium acetate addition, and the removal rate of TN was 6.6% lower than that with sodium acetate addition. As an external carbon source, HFP can effectively improve the removal rates of COD and TN in low carbon source sewage, which shows promotion and application potential.
