东北地区主要城市环境规制效率的时空演化特征
The Spatial and Temporal Evolutionary Characteristics of Environmental Regulation Efficiency in Major Cities in Northeast China
【摘要】 近年来,城市环境规制效率日益成为人们关注的重点.为此,基于2011~2020年东北地区主要城市的人口、污染物等数据,分析城市环境规制效率的时空演化特征和影响因素.结果表明:1.从时间演化特征来看,东北地区主要城市的环境规制效率呈现阶段性变动,波动的节点主要发生在2015年.2.从空间演化特征来看,东北地区主要城市的环境规制效率存在“西南高东北低”的现象;其中辽宁省表现最突出,环境规制效率高等级城市占比高达57.14%,并且以大连市和抚顺市为辐射中心带动周围城市提高环境规制效率.3.从影响因素来看,自然因素中对环境规制效率产生最密切联系的是自然旅游资源;人文因素中对环境规制效率产生最密切联系的是GDP,自然旅游资源越丰富,GDP越高,越利于环境规制效率提高.
【Abstract】 In recent years, the efficiency of urban environmental regulation has become an increasing focus of attention. To this end, the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of urban environmental regulation efficiency based on the data of population and pollutants of major cities in Northeast China from 2011 to 2020 is analyzed in this paper. The results show that(1) in terms of temporal evolutionary characteristics, the environmental regulation efficiency of major cities in Northeast China shows phase changes, and the fluctuating nodes mainly occur in 2015.(2) In terms of spatial evolution, the environmental regulation efficiency of major cities in Northeast China is “high in the southwest and low in the northeast”, among which Liaoning Province is the most prominent, with 57.14% of cities with high environmental regulation efficiency, and Dalian City and Fushun City as the radiation center to improve the environmental regulation efficiency of surrounding cities.(3) From the perspective of influencing factors, natural tourism resources are the most closely related to environmental regulation efficiency among natural factors. GDP is the most closely related to environmental regulation efficiency among human factors, the richer the natural tourism resources and the higher the GDP, the more conducive to environmental regulation efficiency.
