“双碳”目标下黑龙江省工业结构升级与生态环境耦合协调特征分析

【摘要】 基于2011~2022年黑龙江省地级市统计年鉴数据,采用熵权法、耦合协调度模型、标准差椭圆分析黑龙江省工业结构升级与生态环境耦合协调时空特征,并采用地理探测器对其影响因素进行探测.结果表明:1.从时间序列上看,黑龙江省工业结构升级与生态环境耦合协调度呈上升趋势.2.从空间格局上看,工业结构升级与生态环境耦合协调度形成了以哈尔滨市、伊春市为核心向周边辐射的整体格局.3.工业结构升级与生态环境耦合协调度标准差椭圆在研究期间呈现“东-西”方向的趋势.4.对两者耦合协调关系影响力最强的因素分别是外商直接投资(FDI)、政府干预程度(GOV)、人口(POP);且各影响因素交互作用后的影响力均强于单个因素的独立作用.

【Abstract】 Utilizing statistical yearbook data from prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province spanning 2011 to 2022, in this paper, the spatio-temporal characteristics of the coupled coordination between industrial structure upgrading and ecological environment is examined by using methods such as entropy weight, coupled coordination degree model, and standard deviation ellipse analysis. Additionally, geo-detector techniques are employed to identify influencing factors.The findings indicate that: 1.Over time, the degree of coupled coordination between industrial structure upgrading and ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province exhibits an upward trend. 2. Spatially, a coordinated coupling pattern has emerged with Harbin and Yichun at its core radiating outward. 3.The standard deviation ellipse representing the degree of coordination reveals an ‘east-west’ directional trend throughout the study period. 4.The most significant influences on the coupling relationship are foreign direct investment(FDI), government intervention(GOV), and population(POP); moreover, interactions among these influential factors exert a stronger effect than any single factor independently.
