近代历史建筑结构安全性评估研究——以河南省立第一工业学校遗存办公楼为例

【摘要】 在当前新的发展形势下,城市规划的重点是“增量与存量并重,着重优化存量”.如何提升更新城市功能,近代历史建筑的可持续发展成为普遍关注的问题.结构安全性评估是近代历史建筑能否可持续发展的必要措施,也是其修缮设计、施工和使用维护过程中的核心问题之一.本论文以河南省立第一工业学校遗存办公楼为例,通过现状勘测及回弹法建立结构内力分析模型,准确获得结构构件的内力参数及建造工艺,并进行各种数据定量对比分析,对结构安全性进行评估,为采取切实可行的修缮提供支撑,以便从根本上解决安全隐患,保护近代历史建筑及整体历史风貌的真实性和完整性使其可持续发展.

【Abstract】 In the current development context, urban planning focuses on "balancing growth and existing resources, with an emphasis on optimizing what already exists". Enhancing the city’s functionality and achieving sustainable development of modern historical buildings has become a widespread concern. The assessment of structural safety is crucial for the sustainable development of modern historical buildings and is a key issue in their repair, construction, and maintenance processes. Using the remaining office building of the first industrial school in Henan Province as a case study, this paper establishes a model for analyzing internal structural forces through a survey of the current situation and the rebound method. It accurately determines the internal force parameters and construction technology of structural components and conducts various quantitative comparative analyses of the data to assess structural safety. This provides support for implementing practical repair and reinforcement measures to address safety hazards, preserve the authenticity and integrity of modern historical buildings and their overall historical style, and make them sustainable for development.
