自愈合壳聚糖抗菌水凝胶的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and properties of self-healing chitosan antibacterial hydrogel
【摘要】 水凝胶作为生物医药领域的新型材料,因其具有特殊的性能被人们广泛研究。研究利用丙烯酸对壳聚糖进行修饰得到可溶性N-羧乙基壳聚糖CEC-NA,与本实验室自制的POSS-PEG-CHO在水溶液中通过席夫碱反应制备力学性能好、自愈合的CS-POSS-PEG水凝胶。对CEC-NA及CS-POSS-PEG水凝胶进行结构表征,并对水凝胶内部微观形貌、自愈合性、力学性能、溶胀性能、细胞相容性以及抗菌能力等一系列性质进行研究,结果表明水凝胶具有疏松多孔结构、良好的自愈合性、力学性能、溶胀性能、细胞相容性和抗菌性,在伤口敷料的方面具有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 As a new material in the field of biomedicine, hydrogel has been widely studied because of its special properties. In this paper, acrylic acid was used to modify chitosan to obtain soluble N-carboxyethyl chitosan CEC-NA, which was reacted with POSS-PEG-CHO made in our laboratory in aqueous solution by Schiff base reaction to obtain CS-POSS-PEG hydrogels with good mechanical properties and self-healing. The structural of CEC-NA and CS-POSS-PEG hydrogels were characterized, and the internal micromorphology, self-healing, mechanical properties, swelling properties, cytocompatibility and antibacterial ability of hydrogels were studied. The results show that hydrogels have loose and porous structure, good self-healing, mechanical properties, swelling properties, cytocompatibility and antibacterial properties, so it has an ideal application prospect in wound dressings.
