不确定性环境下固废管理新规划模型及求解

【摘要】 通过研究多态不确定环境下3个城区共用3个处理中心的固体废物管理系统的长期规划问题,建立了使系统成本最低的优化模型。针对当前已有方法处理不确定参数效果并不理想的现状,提出了一种计算更简洁、适用范围更广的基于随机变量序关系的满意度方法。该方法与区间线性半无限规划方法相结合,可将含区间数、函数区间数和随机变量等不确定性参数的固废管理规划模型转化为两个等价子模型来求解。最后的算例结果表明该方法合理有效,在多种不确定信息下的决策问题中具有广泛的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The long-term planning problem of solid waste management system with three treatment centers in three urban districts under polymorphic uncertainty environment is studied, establishing the optimization model with lowest system cost. Based on the present situation that existing methods are not effective in dealing with uncertain parameters, a satisfaction method based on random variable order relation is proposed which is more concise in calculation and wider in application. Combined with the interval linear semi-infinite programming method, the solid waste management programming model with uncertain parameters such as interval number, functional interval and random variable can be transformed into two equivalent sub-models to solve. Finally, the numerical results show that the method is effective and reasonable, which can provide decision reference for decision makers in a variety of uncertain information.
