热塑性复合材料T形接头制备工艺及拉伸性能研究

【摘要】 采用热压工艺一次成型技术制备一种碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料T形接头试件,并对其进行拉伸试验,分析了其破坏失效机制。研究结果表明:热压工艺技术稳定性较好,易成型,易制备,所得的T形接头整体性能较好;在拉伸试验中,随着载荷增大至378.81 N左右,T形接头三角区与筋条腹板拐角处首先萌生细微初始裂纹,T形接头出现损伤破坏,且裂纹向突缘端部扩展直至T形接头完全破坏,最终失效破坏模式为蒙皮与筋条的分层破坏;T形接头拉伸破坏模式为接头富树脂三角区的树脂与纤维布界面分层,其拉伸破坏主要取决于树脂基体抗拉脱分层的拉伸强度。

【Abstract】 A kind of thermoplastic composite T-joint specimen was prepared by hot-pressing process, and its failure mechanism was analyzed by tensile test. The results show that the hot pressing technology is stable, easy to form, easy to prepare, and the overall performance of the T-joint obtained is good. In the tensile test, when the load increases to about 378.81 N, a small initial crack occurs at the corner of the triangle area and the web of the bar, and the T-joint is damaged and destroyed, and the crack extends to the tip of the flange until the T-joint is completely destroyed. The final failure mode is the layered failure of skin and bar.The tensile failure mode of T-joint is the interfacial stratification of resin and fiber cloth in the resin-rich triangle area of the joint, and the tensile failure mainly depends on the tensile strength of the resin matrix.
