高黏PET切片分子质量及其分布对结晶性能的影响
Effect of Molecular Weight and Its Distribution of High Viscosity PET Chips on Crystallization Property
【摘要】 高黏聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片品质对工业丝的纺丝稳定性有很大影响,进而影响PET工业丝的最终性能。采用气相色谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪等对固相缩聚PET切片的特性黏度、端羧基含量、低聚物质量分数,以及分子质量及其分布等基本物性参数进行表征,系统研究分子质量及其分布对PET熔融和结晶行为的影响,结果表明:当固相增黏得到的高黏PET切片的分子质量较大、分子质量分布越均匀时,其热性能和结晶性能越稳定,结晶速率越适宜,越有利于进行高温熔融纺丝和高倍拉伸。
【Abstract】 The quality of high viscosity polyethylene terephthalate(PET) chips has great influence on the spinning stability of industrial filament, and then affects its final performance. Gas chromatograph, gel permeation chromatograph and differential scanning calorimeter were used to characterize the intrinsic viscosity, the content of carboxylic end-groups, oligomer mass fraction, molecular weight and its distribution of PET chips obtained by solid state polymerization. The effect of molecular weight and its distribution on melting and crystallization behavior of PET chips was systematically studied. The results show that when the molecular weight is larger and its distribution is more uniform, the thermal and crystallization properties of the chips are more stable, and the crystallization rate is more suitable, and the high temperature melt spinning and high tensile of high viscosity PET chips are more favorable.
