对氨基水杨酸稀土配合物对天然橡胶耐老化性能的影响

【摘要】 使用稀土类抗氧剂对氨基水杨酸镧(PAS-La)、对氨基水杨酸铈(PAS-Ce)和对氨基水杨酸镧铈(PAS-La-Ce)及受阻酚类抗氧剂2246分别制备了相应的天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶,通过硬度、拉伸性能、热重分析和红外光谱对比研究了4种抗氧剂对NR热氧老化的防护效果,并采用Kissinger法和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法对不含抗氧剂和分别含有4种抗氧剂的NR硫化胶的热氧老化行为进行了分析。结果表明,稀土类抗氧剂的防护效果优于受阻酚类抗氧剂2246,PAS-La/NR、PAS-Ce/NR和PAS-La-Ce/NR硫化胶的力学性能保持率高于抗氧剂2246/NR硫化胶,其中PAS-La-Ce/NR硫化胶的力学性能保持率最高,PAS-La的防护效果最佳;5种NR硫化胶在热氧老化过程中均发生了氧化反应,稀土类抗氧化剂和受阻酚类抗氧剂2246的添加均可以提高NR发生热氧降解所需的活化能,增强其热氧稳定性,PAS-La/NR和PAS-Ce/NR硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能优于抗氧剂2246/NR硫化胶,而PAS-La-Ce/NR硫化胶与抗氧剂2246/NR硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能相近。

【Abstract】 Natural rubber(NR) vulcanizates were prepared using rare earth antioxidants, such as lanthanum aminosalicylate(PAS-La), cerium aminosalicylate(PAS-Ce), lanthanum and cerium aminosalicylate(PAS-La-Ce), and hindered phenolic antioxidant 2246, respectively, the protective effects of four types of antioxidants on NR thermal-oxidative aging were compared by hardness, tensile properties,thermogravimetric analysis, and infrared spectroscopy, and Kissinger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method were used to analyze the thermal-oxidative aging behavior of NR vulcanizates without antioxidant and with four kinds of antioxidants. The results showed that the protective effect of rare earth antioxidants was better than that of hindered phenolic antioxidant 2246, the retention rates of mechanical properties of PAS-La/NR, PAS-Ce/NR, and PASLa-Ce/NR vulcanizates were higher than those of 2246/NR vulcanizate with PAS-La-Ce/NR vulca-nizate having the highest mechanical properties retention rate and PAS-La having the best protective effect. During the thermal-oxidative aging process,all five types of NR vulcanizates underwent oxidation reactions, the addition of rare earth antioxidants and hindered phenolic antioxidants 2246 could increase the activation energy required for the thermal-oxidative degradation of NR and enhance the thermal oxidative stability of NR, and the thermal-oxidative aging resistance of PAS-La/NR and PAS-Ce/NR vulcanizates was superior to that of antioxidant 2246/NR vulcanizate, while the thermal-oxidative aging resistance of PAS-La-Ce/NR vulcanizate was similar to that of antioxidant 2246/NR vulcanizate.
