【摘要】 城市是空间与时间维度的复合统一体和巨系统，但自现代以来对城市的关注普遍偏向空间，而忽视时间。为此，聚焦于城市设计，回顾现有理论对时间的思考，展示从长周期历史时间转向日常时间的范式变化，阐述以凯文·林奇提出的精度、周期、幅度、速度、同步性、规律性和倾向性等7个时间结构维度为代表的理论概念，就节奏分析、时空体和时间城市等同时考虑时间与空间的城市设计思维模型进行分析。最后，结合各类研究、政策与工程实践，展示城市设计如何采用插入、填充、延时等手法实现地方时间线的优化与同步，以期为城市设计在新时期实现时间转向提供理论与实践支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Despite the fact that time and space are two dimensions of a city, most studies and practices focus on space and yet ignore time since modern times. Responding to this deficiency, this paper reviews the evolving thoughts on time and space in the domain of urban design. We demonstrate the paradigm shift from a long-term historical view to daily life. The time-based urban design toolkits are summarized on basis of the structural dimensions of time that are proposed by Kevin Lynch, namely, scale, periodicity, amplitude, speed, synchronicity, regularity, and tendency. In addition, this paper reveals how time-based urban design can use strategies such as insertion, filling, and time delay to optimize and synchronize the temporalities of place. All findings of this paper are to provide theoretical and practical support for urban design to realize the time turn.更多还原
