【摘要】 目的 观察珠香散联合新型敷料对慢性伤口愈合的效果。方法 选取2021年6月到2023年1月收治的100例慢性伤口患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为2组，对照组50例予西医常规治疗干预，治疗组50例在对照组的基础上加用珠香散联合新型敷料治疗干预。2组均治疗干预1个月后统计疗效，比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及炎症因子血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化情况，比较2组住院时间、换药次数、伤口愈合时间及治疗满意度评分情况，比较2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组总有效率96.00%(48/50),对照组总有效率72.00%(36/50),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较，2组治疗后疼痛VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后疼痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较，2组治疗后炎症因子血清IL-6及TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后血清IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组住院时间、换药次数及伤口愈合时间均少于对照组，治疗满意度评分高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率4.00%(2/50),对照组不良反应总发生率18.00%(9/50),治疗组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 珠香散联合新型敷料治疗慢性伤口疗效确切，可有效减轻患者疼痛症状，降低IL-6及TNF-α水平，抑制炎症反应，从而缩短住院时间及伤口愈合时间，减少换药次数，提高治疗满意度，安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the promotive effect of Zhuxiang Powder combined with novel dressing on healing of chronic wound(CW). Methods A total of 100 CW patients treated in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=50). All patients were managed by routine Western medicine, and those in treatment group additionally received Zhuxiang Powder combined with novel dressing. Treated for 1 month, the aim was to compare visual analogue scale(VAS) for pain, inflammatory factors including interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), hospitalization time, frequency of dressing changes, wound healing time, satisfaction. The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed. Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(96.00% [48/50] vs 72.00% [36/50], [P<0.05], respectively). After treatment, the patients in the two groups presented significantly lower VAS score, decreased levels of IL-6, TNF-α(all P<0.05) than those before treatment, and the improvements were more pronounced in the treatment group than those of the control group(all P<0.05). Patients in the observation group presented significantly shorter hospitalization time, frequency of dressing changes, wound healing time, significantly higher satisfaction than those of control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.00% [2/50] vs 18.00% [9/50], [P<0.05], respectively). Conclusion For CW patients, Zhuxiang Powder combined with novel dressing has definite curative effect, which can effectively reduce pain symptoms, reduce IL-6 and TNF-α levels, inhibit inflammatory response, thereby shortening hospitalization time and wound healing time, reducing frequency of dressing changes, improving satisfaction, and it is safe and reliable.更多还原
