【摘要】 髋部骨折(HF)是老年患者常见的外伤疾病，术后并发症多，预后差。随着老龄化的加重，HF发病率逐渐攀升，给患者及社会带来沉重的负担。既往对老年HF术后预后的评估多以评分表为基础，结果存在主观性和滞后性，寻找合适的生物标志物对HF进行病情监测和预后判断具有重要意义。本文就相关生物标志物在预测老年髋部骨折患者预后作用中的研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hip fracture(HF) is a common traumatic disease in elderly patients with more postoperative complications and poor prognosis. The incidence of HF is gradually rising with aging, which brings a heavy burden to patients and society. In the past, the assessment of postoperative prognosis of elderly hip fracture was mostly based on rating scales, and the results of subjective and lagging were found. Therefore, it is important to search appropriate biomarkers for monitoring the condition and predicting the prognosis of HF. In this paper, we review the research progress on the role of relevant biomarkers in predicting the prognosis of elderly hip fracture patients.更多还原
