【摘要】 目的 探讨延续性干预对主动脉夹层术后患者生活质量、睡眠质量及症状自体量表-90(SCL-90)评分的影响。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年12月收治的主动脉夹层患者119例，随机数字表法分为对照组(n=59)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用延续性护理干预模式。观察2组患者一般资料(性别、年龄、Stanford分型、就诊时收缩压、高血压病史等),比较2组患者干预前后生存质量测定量表(QOL-100)、SCL-90评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果 干预后1、3个月，观察组患者生存质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SCL-90评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 延续性护理能有效改善主动脉夹层术后患者生活质量、睡眠质量及SCL-90评分，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the impact of continuous intervention on quality of life, sleep quality, and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) score in patients with aortic dissection.Methods A total of 119 patients with aortic dissection admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(routine nursing model, n=59) and an observation group(continuous nursing intervention model, n=59) by a random number table. The general data(gender, age, Stanford classification, systolic blood pressure at visit, history of hypertension), the 100-item World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment(WHOQOL-100), and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90-R). Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) were included as comparators between groups before and after intervention. Results The quality of life score at 1 month and 3 months after the intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of SCL-90 and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(bothP<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the quality of life, sleep quality, and SCL-90 score in patients with aortic dissection, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
