高配比熔剂混匀矿制备技术
PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH RATIO FLUX MIXED ORE
【摘要】 混匀矿作为烧结生产的主要原料,其成分稳定性直接影响烧结矿质量。首钢京唐公司混匀矿固废和熔剂配比均较高,且熔剂品种多,尤其是套筒窑高钙石灰石筛下物、消化渣两种熔剂的混放混用问题,导致混匀矿中CaO含量不稳定,不利于烧结矿碱度控制。通过分析熔剂来源,在料场内对套筒窑高钙石灰石筛下物和消化渣进行预混匀,调整熔剂料仓分配和料量控制,解决了消化渣回用消耗问题和二者混合物CaO波动问题。并通过两种途径提高混匀矿中CaO的均匀性:在皮带机头部溜槽内增设齿状搅拌器,提高混匀矿料流横截面的熔剂分布的均匀性;优化每个Block中熔剂配比,提高混匀矿大堆中熔剂分布的均匀性,自行设计取样器及评价方法,对混匀矿中CaO均匀性的变化进行量化评价。通过系统改善,混匀矿中CaO含量偏差在平均值±0.6%以内的Cpk由1.0~1.1提高至1.3~1.4,烧结矿碱度稳定率由95.24%提高至97.62%,对提高高炉生产效率起到了积极作用。
【Abstract】 As the main raw material for sintering production, the stability of the composition of mixed ore directly affects the quality of sintered ore. The ratio of solid waste and flux in the mixed ore of Shougang Jingtang Company is relatively high, and there are many types of fluxes, especially the mixing and mixing of high calcium limestone screening material and digestion slag in the sleeve kiln, which leads to unstable CaO content in the mixed ore and is not conducive to the control of sintering ore alkalinity. Analyzing the source of flux, pre mixing the high calcium limestone screening material and digestion slag in the sleeve kiln in the material yard, adjusting the distribution of flux silo and material quantity control, and solving the problem of reuse and consumption of digestion slag and the fluctuation of CaO in the mixture of the two. And improve the uniformity of CaO in the mixed ore through two ways: adding a toothed stirrer in the head chute of the belt conveyor to improve the uniformity of flux distribution in the cross section of the mixed ore material flow; Optimize the flux ratio in each block, improve the uniformity of flux distribution in the mixed ore pile, design a sampler and evaluation method, and quantitatively evaluate the changes in CaO uniformity in the mixed ore. Through system improvement, the Cpkof CaO content deviation within the average ± 0.6% in the mixed ore has been increased from 1.0~1.1 to 1.3~1.4, and the stability rate of sintered ore alkalinity has been increased from 95.24% to 97.62%, which has played a positive role in improving the production efficiency of blast furnaces.
