【摘要】 乡村教育治理现代化是乡村教育振兴的组成部分，也是办好人民满意教育的重要体现。数字化背景下，构建“理念+技术+执行+评价”的乡村教育治理现代化逻辑，探索数治理念为引领、数字技术为支撑、数字执行与数字评价为手段的实践路径。乡村教育治理现代化需要不同层面因素共同推进，形成治理责任联盟。政府应多举措并行，从治理理念、治理技术、治理执行、治理评价等层面，注重乡村教育工作者数字素养与数治理念的提升，加大乡村教育数字技术建设力度与覆盖水平，建立以数据共享和动态监管为基础的执行机制，形成以人技协同为基础的评价体系，从而更好地实现乡村教育治理的现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modernization of rural education governance is an integral part of the revitalization of rural education, and an important embodiment of the people’s satisfaction with education. Under the background of digital transformation, this paper constructed the logic behind the modernization of rural education governance of “concept+technology+implementation+evaluation” is constructed, and explore the practical path of digital governance as the lead, digital technology as the support, and digital execution and digital evaluation as the means. The modernization of rural education governance needs to be promoted by factors at different levels to form the alliance of governance responsibility.
