不同化学杀菌剂对烟草青枯病的田间防治效果
Field control effect of different chemical fungicides on tobacco bacterial wilt
【摘要】 为筛选出高效低毒的烟草青枯病化学防治药剂,采用团棵期灌根法研究了4种化学杀菌剂对烟草青枯病的田间防治效果。结果表明,4种供试化学杀菌剂在有效施用浓度为0.10 g/株(分2次施用,每次0.05 g/株)时对烟草青枯病的防治效果无明显差异,25%溴菌腈·壬菌铜微乳剂和52%氯溴异氰尿酸·硫酸铜可溶粉剂的效果相对较好,其在发病高峰期的防治效果分别为65.93%和64.61%。此外,优选药剂52%氯溴异氰尿酸·硫酸铜可溶粉剂在移栽期不同施药浓度对烟草青枯病的防治效果存在较大差异,当其以有效灌根浓度为0.20 g/株时后期对青枯病具有一定的防治效果。利用52%氯溴异氰尿酸·硫酸铜可溶粉剂防治烟草青枯病以团棵期至旺长期灌根处理效果较好,而移栽期施药建议有效成分浓度≥0.20 g/株。
【Abstract】 In order to screen out effective and low toxic fungicides against tobacco bacterial wilt,the control effects of four fungicides on tobacco bacterial wilt in field were studied by using the method of root irrigation during tobacco rosette stage. The results showed that four tested chemical fungicides had no significant difference in the control effect on tobacco bacterial wilt at an effective concentration of 0.10 g per plant(the treatment was divided into 2 times,0.05 g per plant each time). The 25% of bromothalonil and cuppric nonyl phenolsulfonate and 52% of chloroisobromine cyanuric acid and copper(Ⅱ)sulfate soluble powder produced superior control effect relatively,and the values of control effects on this disease were 65.93% and 64.61% respectively at the peak of disease. Furthermore,the control effect of the preferred agent 52% chloroisobromine cyanuric acid and copper(Ⅱ)sulfate soluble powder on tobacco bacterial wilt showed significant differences with different application concentration during the transplanting period. When the concentration for root-irrigation treatment was up to 0.20 g per plant,it showed a certain control effect on the disease in the later period. The ideal application period for controlling the tobacco bacterial wilt with 52% chloroisobromine cyanuric acid and copper(Ⅱ)sulfate soluble powder should be from rosette stage to prosperously growing stage,and the effective concentration of application was recommended to be no less than 0.20 g per plant if during the transplanting period.
