环糊精强化镰刀菌修复土壤污染生态环境中高环多环芳烃的研究

【摘要】 以煤矿区高环芳烃(HMW-PAHs)污染土壤为研究对象,通过添加环糊精且接种镰刀菌ZH-H2试验,研究镰刀菌ZH-H2处理、环糊精处理及二者组合处理对污染老化土壤5环和6环6种单体PAHs的修复效果。结果表明,镰刀菌单一处理对5环和6环PAHs的去除率在14.37%~22.85%之间;在不同剂量环糊精处理下(J1、J2、J3),J2处理(1 g/kg)对6种HMW-PAHs单体的去除率表现最高,为13.51%~28.43%;在ZH-H2-环糊精2因素处理中,H+J3处理对6种HMW-PAHs单体(BbF、BkF、BaP、DbA、InP、BghiP)及总量的去除效果最佳,其去除率分别为24.61%、25.15%、23.14%、34.18%、25.76%、23.46%、25.29%,比ZH-H2单一处理分别提高了71.33%、66.68%、28.94%、49.58%、44.94%、55.88%、60.71%(P<0.05)。就5环HMW-PAHs去除率,H+J3处理显著高于H+J1处理,H+J2与H+J3之间差异不显著;针对6环HMW-PAHs去除率,H+J3处理显著高于H+J1、H+J2处理。从土壤酶活性来看,ZH-H2-环糊精2因素处理下土壤木质素过氧化物酶活性均显著高于其他处理,且与5环、6环芳烃去除率大体上呈现显著正相关关系。综合来看,ZH-H2(1 g/kg)-环糊精(5 g/kg)处理是高效修复5~6环芳烃的优势组合。

【Abstract】 The soil contaminated by high cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(HMW-PAHs) in coal mine area was taken as the research object. Remediation effects of Fusarium ZH-H2 treatment, cyclodextrin treatment and a combination of the two on 6 monomeric PAHs in 5-ring and 6-ring contaminated soil were studied by adding cyclodextrin and inoculating Fusarium ZH-H2. The results showed that the removal rates of 5-ring and 6-ring PAHs by Fusarium were 14.37%-22.85%, and the removal rate of 6 HMW-PAHs monomers were the highest under different doses of cyclodextrin treatment(J1, J2, J3), J2 treatment(1 g/kg) was the highest, which was 13.51%-28.43%, and in the ZH-H2-cyclodextrin treatment, H+J3 treatment had the best removal effect on 6 HMW-PAHs monomers(BbF, BkF, BaP, DbA, InP, BghiP) and the total amount, with removal rates of 24.61%, 25.15%, 23.14%, 34.18%, 25.76%, 23.46% and 25.29%, respectively, which were 71.33%, 66.68%, 28.94%, 49.58%, 44.94%, 55.88% and 60.71% higher than those of ZH-H2 single treatment(P<0.05). The removal rate of 5-ring HMW-PAHs was significantly higher in H+J3 treatment than in H+J1 treatment, and there was no significant difference between H+J2 and H+J3, while in terms of removal rate of 6-ring HMW-PAHs, H+J3 treatment was significantly higher than that in H+J1 and H+J2 treatments. From the perspective of soil enzyme activity, the activity of soil lignin peroxide under ZH-H2-cyclodextrin treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments, and there was a significant positive correlation with the removal rate of 5-ring and 6-ring HMW-PAHs. On the whole, ZH-H2(1 g/kg)-cyclodextrin(5 g/kg) treatment was an advantageous combination for efficient treatment of 5-6 ring HMW-PAHs.
