两种盐胁迫对中亚苔草形态和生理的影响

【摘要】 为探究苔草对盐胁迫的生理适应机制,该试验采用中亚苔草(Carex duriuscula)为材料,进行盆栽盐胁迫试验,研究不同浓度的NaCl和NaHCO3溶液对中亚苔草的生长和生理特性的影响。结果显示:随着盐浓度的增加,中亚苔草株高、叶宽逐渐降低,枯叶率逐渐升高,叶绿素含量逐渐降低,相对电导率逐渐升高,SOD、POD活性均表现出随着盐胁迫时间延长呈现先升高后降低的趋势。表明中亚苔草在短期遭受较低浓度盐胁迫时(NaCl和NaHCO3浓度<50 mmol/L)可以正常生长,当受到较长时间高浓度盐胁迫时(NaCl和NaHCO3浓度≥100 mmol/L,并且受胁迫时间>10 d)生长发育会受到严重的抑制甚至死亡。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the physiological adaptation mechanism of Carex to salt stress,Carex duriuscula was used as the material to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl and NaHCO3solutions on the growth and physiological characteristics of Carex duriuscula in potted plants. The tests showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the plant height and leaf width of Carex duriuscula gradually decreased,the leaf withering rate gradually increased, the chlorophyll content gradually decreased, and the relative conductivity gradually increased. The activies of SOD and POD showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the prolongation of salt stress time. The results show: When Carex duriuscula was subjected to lower salt concentrations in the short term(NaCl and NaHCO3<50 mmol·L-1) can grow normally,when subjected to long high salt concentrations(NaCl and NaHCO3≥100 mmol·L-1,and the duration of stress>10 d) growth and development will be severely inhibited and even die.
